I have been making jewelry for a while now. It all started when I took my first jewelry making class with a friend of mine and from then on out I was hooked.

When I first started making jewelry, I used a lot of crystals, beads and silver. That's how my shop first got started! Then, in May of 2013 I married the love of life and only two days later we found out that we would be moving down to Costa Rica for his work. When we got there, I discovered it was a lot more difficult to come across the usual bead stores I was used to. Luckily for me, the Spanish school I attended offered a jewelry making class and I was able to pick up making macrame string jewelry, and I absolutely loved it! I love the fact that I was able to learn a new, and very popular form of jewelry making from a different culture.

After having spent 10 months abroad in Central America, we are now back in the United States, and I remain addicted to macrame. I absolutely love designing and handcrafting each piece of jewelry. Each item I make is one of a kind and inspired by the people, culture, and our time spent in beautiful Costa Rica. I strive to leave a piece of the uniqueness found there in every bracelet I make and I hope you enjoy my jewelry as much as I do!
